Anthea offers robust services for adults dealing with a range of challenges in their life. Providing a safe place to unpack life difficulties, make sense of past events and think together of ways of rebuilding and moving forward.
Anthea has worked extensively with children, adolescents, adults, families and couples for over 14 years in various settings incl. schools, community projects and the NHS and has a special interest in working with trauma.
Anthea offers comprehensive training (incl. Group Therapy Services) in a range of settings to enable individuals to develop good working skills and knowledge to work more in depth therapeutically.
As an experienced clinician Anthea offers an in depth and robust supervision space. She provides services to experienced practitioners as well as new trainee therapists to help them embark on a developmental journey.

Anthea Benjamin is a UKCP registered Integrative Arts Psychotherapist, Adolescent Therapeutic Counsellor, Group Analyst and Supervisor.
She has worked extensively with children, adolescents, adults, families and couples for over 14 years in various settings including schools, community projects and within the NHS. She currently works as a therapist delivering training and running groups for couples at the Tavistock Centre for Couple Relationships and runs various groups in different settings such as psychotherapy trainings, the NHS and community projects. She is also registered on the PTUK Register of Play and Creative Arts Therapists register.
Anthea also offers therapeutic services alongside supervision both in organisations and within her private practices in Pimlico and Balham. Anthea has a special interest in working with trauma particularly sexual abuse, dissociation, developmental trauma, looked after children or adults who have been in the care system and /or adoption, exploring issues of identity with adults and children who have been placed trans-racially or via intercountry processes.
