Anthea offers robust services for adults dealing with a range of challenges in their life. Providing a safe place to unpack life difficulties, make sense of past events and think together of ways of rebuilding and moving forward.

Anthea has worked extensively with children, adolescents, adults, families and couples for over 20 years in various settings incl. schools, community projects and the NHS and has a special interest in working with trauma.

ORGANISATION SERVICES

 Anthea is a Group Analyst who offers a range of supportive services to organisations in the form of consultancy for organisational change to improve inclusion and address changes within teams.

SUPERVISION SERVICES

As an experienced clinician Anthea offers an in depth and robust supervision space. She provides services to experienced practitioners as well as new trainee therapists to help them embark on a developmental journey.

Anthea Benjamin is a UKCP registered Integrative Arts Psychotherapist, Adolescent Therapeutic Counsellor,Play therapist, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy practitionerConsultant and Trainer, Group Analyst, Reflective group therapist, Supervisor, Trainer and Writer.

Anthea has worked extensively with children, adolescents, adults, families, couples and groups for over 20 years in various settings including schools, community projects, the voluntary sector and within the NHS. She currently works as a therapist in private practice delivering training, running groups, staff reflective groups and organisational consultation in different settings.
